Our new Garage in Cebu, Philippines

This new garage gives us access to our house from the road. Our house is directly behind the water tank to the left in the picture.

I have had two guys working on this for nearly 5 month now. Everything is done by hand. First they had to level the lot. The construction of the garage is nearly done. Next they will pour the cement floor, parking area, and driveway. All this cement will be mixed and poured by hand. I figure it will take 2 guys 3 weeks to mix and pour all 4,000 sq ft of cement. Then it will be the painting, doors and windows. I am the one doing the electrical, of coarse with the assistance of my helpers. Those garage doors are 10′ wide and 8′ high. The walls are 12′. The garage dimensions are 24′ x 60′. This garage is 100% cement with a steel roof.  It should be all complete by Christmas.
