Polly (Paulette) Lagerquist passed away
Message from Dale Evans:  Algona, WA

Hello Gary – really enjoy your blog, keep it coming!

I don’t know if you have heard, but Polly (Paulette) Lagerquist passed away on Sunday – she was Shirley Lagerquist’s daughter.

I don’t have much information, I was hoping you might have her brother David or sister Patti Syverson on your mailing list.

Dale,

Where do Shirley, Polly, David and Patti fit into the Lagerqist family?  I am sure they are part of the John Lagerquist and the Woodford families too.

Thanks,

Gary

Cote Fugere was killed in a motor cycle accident
Posting from Diane Fugere (’75):  Minot, ND

Gary:

Sadly, Terry and Suzie Fugere’s only son, Cote, passed away this past weekend in a motorcycle accident.

Diane

Cote Jonathan Fugere, 29, Bozeman, Mont., died Sept. 2, 2012, doing what he loved most, riding his Harley.

Cote was born July 25, 1983, in Bismarck, to Terry and Susan (Burgum) Fugere. Cote graduated from Century High School in 2002 and attended the State College of Science in Wahpeton. He worked as a welder in the summers for Bobcat Melroe and winters as a ski technician at Big Sky and Moonlight Basin, Bozeman, Mont. At the time of his death, Cote was working at his dream job as a partsman for Harley-Davidson, Belgrade, Mont.

Cote enjoyed playing hockey, skateboarding, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. He was an awesome cook and loved animals, especially his dog, Chip. Cote lived his faith every day and always treated others with kindness. His family and friends will remember him as a kind, loving, handsome young man who always had a great sense of humor.

He is survived by his parents and his sister, Tracy Fugere, all of Bismarck; his grandmothers, Esther Fugere, Willow City, and Elaine B. Stern, Bismarck; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The celebration of Cote’s life will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 1919 N. Second St., Bismarck

Gary,
I added the name I know on the Fauske family picture. Glenda is Russell’s wife.

Tina B.

Thank you Tina,
I should have never missed Glenda, I know her well. Her cap, I think threw me off. Now all we need are the identities of the remaining four folks. The guy in the back standing next to Beth looks familiar.

Folks, Carrole Fauske Rude posted a bunch of really nice FB pictures too. You should be able to view them in my site https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=3837395373693&set=a.3837395133687.2140232.1242245955&type=1&theater
If this link doesn’t get you there, just go into my FB. You should see them on my wall
